Terms of service

Last updated: August 23, 2026

These terms cover your use of Darapo. Creating an account, or browsing without one, means you accept them. We've kept them short and plain — if something isn't clear, write to us.

Acceptable use

Darapo is for building wishlists, sharing them, and reserving gifts for the people you follow. Use it as yourself: one account, your own details, and no pretending to be someone else. You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Don't overload, probe, or automate against the service, don't use it to advertise or sell, and don't work around a block, a suspension, or someone's privacy setting.

Your content

Your wishlists, gifts, photos, and profile stay yours. By posting them you allow us to store and show them inside Darapo to the people you choose — that permission covers nothing else, and it ends when you delete the content or your account. You choose who sees each wishlist: public, friends, or private. Your profile setting applies on top, so if Public profile is off in Settings, even a public wishlist is visible only to your followers. Public and friends wishlists can also be shared with a link, which lets in anyone who has it; private wishlists can't be shared, and if you switch a wishlist to private, any link you already sent stops working.

Content rules and moderation

Darapo carries what other people post, so a few things are not allowed anywhere on it:

  • Spam
  • Harassment or bullying
  • Sexual or explicit content
  • Violence or hate
  • Intellectual-property infringement

Anyone signed in can report a profile, wishlist or gift from its More options menu, and on a profile that menu also offers Block. Reports reach our moderators, who may remove content or suspend an account. The person you report is never told who reported them, and we don't tell a reporter which decision was reached.

Ending an account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting is permanent: your account and everything on it — your wishlists, gifts and photos — is removed and cannot be brought back, and any gift you had reserved for someone else is released. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms: a suspended account can't sign in, its profile and wishlists stop being visible to everyone else, and the reservations it held are released. If you think we got a decision wrong, write to us and we'll look again.

Affiliate links

Darapo is free, and this is how it pays for itself. Buy links pass through Darapo on their way to the store and may carry a referral tag that earns us a commission if you buy something. It costs you nothing — the store's price and offer are unchanged — and it applies to every buy link, including one on your own wishlist. Commission never decides what you see: a wishlist holds whatever its owner put there, and gift ideas are ordered by what people like, not by what pays. We record that a click happened; the privacy policy explains what we keep.

Disclaimers

Darapo is provided as it is. A gift's title, photo and price are read automatically from the store's page and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, so check on the store's own page before you buy. We don't sell anything: a purchase is between you and the store, under their terms, prices, delivery and returns. Reserving marks a gift as claimed on Darapo — it isn't a purchase and it doesn't hold stock. We can't promise the service is always available or free of faults, and we aren't responsible for what other people post or for what a store does.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and any dispute goes to the courts there. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. We may update these terms — the date at the top changes when we do, and using Darapo afterwards means you accept the new version.
